Monthly Meeting [New Location @ Mazamas Mountaineering Center]
Nestled in a historic Masonic temple in the heart of Southeast Portland, the Mazama Mountaineering Center (MMC) has been the Mazamas' home and a gathering place for more than two decades. The building reflects the values the Mazamas have always stood for: stewardship of place, care for the environment, and a deep connection to the Pacific Northwest. In addition to our instructional ice and rock climbing walls, the MMC houses one of the largest mountaineering archives and libraries in the region — an incredible resource for climbers, researchers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
