The club apiary is located at Green Anchors and is the field lab and outdoor classroom for the Portland Urban Beekeepers. If you’re going to be participating in activities at our apiary, please sign our volunteer waivers. Parking is at Cathedral Park. When you walk over, go straight back past all of the shipping container buildings. We meet in the clearing on the left side in front of the blue shed with the colorful doors.
Bring your bee suit, gloves and/or veil. Wearing a veil is the minimum safety requirement for being present in the apiary with open hives. Minimum age requirement is 14 years old. Please contact Jana with any questions: apiary@portlandurbanbeekeepers.org
